Stress is simply a reaction (physical, mental and/or emotional) to a stressor (trigger). It is a simple math equation A (stressor) + B (reaction) = C (stress). But the effect it has on the body and mind is not simple. Sometimes stress can be exciting, create interesting moments, and motivate you to excel, these moments are often referred to as “acute” stress.
Positive affirmations are powerful tools for inspiring you and they are self selecting!They are used in coaching to maintain focus on your goals. They should be stated in positive language. Using positive affirmations to help develop a positive mindset.

Stress is a normal part of life and small doses can be perfectly healthy for you. Stress in all forms produce changes in our bodies and produces an overflow in different hormones.
Stress levels are on the increase, and effect so many of us, in so many different ways. There are many sources of stress, these can include Personal life – relationships, illness, bereavement, race related, financial worries, Colleagues – Inability to create relationships, lack of support, lack of teamwork, bringing home problems from work, anxieties about work, negative or pessimistic attitude to work.
