Customer Reviews

  • from Jacqueline Hill, J Hill Associates on 11 May 2014

My first experience of working with Rachel was when I asked her to help me put together a workshop for one of my clients. Her experience with NLP and her ability to really understand the issues the client needed to address, resulted in exercises that both engaged the participants and helped them to make real progress. She so impressed the client that they were more than happy for her to take over the long-term relationship when I left. In addition she demonstrated a mix of confidence and teamwork in working with me to develop and deliver the workshop, that made her a joy to work with. Since then I have seen Rachel's work in other contexts and the client relationships she has built. Clients can expect a powerful combination of a solid theoretical background and a creative and practical approach. Colleagues can expect someone who really pulls her weight, adds value to the content and to the client relationship.

Rachel is highly expert in the field of organisational development, EI and motives analysis - with great technical mastery of her subject and high personal integrity. I have found her to be a great coach personally and she has had a terrific impact on my organization.

I have worked with Rachel on a variety of projects involving FMCG companies in a range of European and Eastern European markets. Rachel is professional, reliable and is focused on adding value to the client. She is adaptable and I have seen her operate effectively in a range of cultures at different levels in an organisation, right up to CEO. She has real depth and breadth of understanding of human behvaviour and personal change, and how that impacts on the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. She is personable and full of drive. She is one of the best at what she does!

Rachel's help in "translating" the outcome of several commonly used questionnaires & surveys was of great assistance. Her ability to put those results into a more practical context helped with identifying underlying messages...Her impartial feedback and open questioning invites one to re-think assumptions and set procedures.

  • from Senior Manager at BT on 10 Nov 2013

I've worked with Rachel as my career coach over the past 4 years with great success, she has helped me with developing my management skills, as well as working with me on a career plan. I have achieved two promotions since working with Rachel.

  • from Senior Manager at GlaxoSmithKline on 02 Oct 2013

Rachel has consistently helped me push myself beyond my (self imposed) limits….her questioning, challenging, insight, and ability to bring her theoretical knowledge to life in a clear and intelligible manner, create a relationship where everything’s for discussion, where we get to practical next steps that I can do and measure my progress against
