My Training and Qualifications

I am a fully certified clinical hypnotherapist and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner.

My passion is helping people make positive changes and feel greater optimism and confidence about all areas of life.

  • I hold a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy, counselling and NLP from Life Matters Training College, based on Harley Street, London and am a certified Life Coach and NLP practitioner with hundreds of hours of clinical experience.
  • I am a validated practitioner of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
  • I work under the regulation of the UK Department of Health endorsed Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
  • I am alsoa recognised provider of medical treatment for certain clients with PruHealth private medical insurance.

I teach and supervise, in London, a specialist course for health professionals and hypnotherapists in Life Coaching and NLP interventions for weight loss and emotional eating.

Over the past five years I have been working primarily by using life coaching and NLP and now use hypnotherapy.

    You really helped me in more than one thing.
    I can say that after the sessions I feel comfortable with the food. I don’t care what people think about my eating, or me looking fat or skinny.

    I wholeheartedly recommend Jason’s method of coaching. It definitely helped me to cut down on my eating, and I’m also more aware of why I eat when I’m not hungry. In addition, I now have new ways of coping with stress.

    I came to see Jason since I was finding it hard to hold down a job. Though I had been married and have a beautiful daughter, but I found myself from time to time reminiscing about an old boyfriend who I still felt an attachment to. Jason helped me understand better my feelings and helped me to forgive myself for how that relationship had ended and I’m feeling better now and able to move on.

    Jason enhanced the way that I think and the way that I view people. He helped me to go outside of the box when looking for solutions.     After only five sessions with Jason I feel that my conception about things and beliefs fixed for years are changing. Sessions are fun and useful and I feel closer than ever to finding the partner I seek. I didn’t believe that coaching could help but it does, even about something as complicated as finding the right relationship.

    Jason, You have been very helpful. Changing negative habits for positive ones is really the key. The meditation exercises were great. But the most effective thing is to have someone to talk to. Rarely do you find somebody who takes you by the hand and shows you a way out. My breathing capacity has increased and this changes my whole personality. My children came last night and they asked me whether I have done a face-lift. Of course, the skin looks much better without a veil of smoke and depriving the cells of oxygen and vitamin C. I also became much more assertive.

    Jason really helped me sort out my problems with my relationship to food. I learnt simple and effective steps to help me eat in a conscious way, know when to eat and when not to. I learnt to identify real hunger and to know when I have had enough. Jason is genuine and caring and was very easy to speak to. I highly recommend him when dealing with weight loss and food issues.

    I came to see Jason since I wanted to leave my current job and find a new career, which would be creative, motivating, and I would feel is something that would help me grow. In two sessions I got clarity about many things and got back in touch with what I really truly love doing but basically over time had ended up doing other jobs I didn’t really like. I surprised myself that I actually could find something I love to do.

    I felt at ease with Jason within the first couple of minutes of the session with his soothing voice and his gentle approach at asking questions. Realising that I have some goals that I may not have vocalised before, Jason taught me some simple and easy to implement ways to break down a goal into manageable bite-sized steps and made me excited to get moving!     After one session, lifelong nailing biting in the evening is now drastically improved and all minor temptations resisted in the week. Secondary benefit is a major improvement in my Bus-related PTSD. When I get on a bus now my arms become warm & relaxed & I sit back on the journey. Amazing.

    The time management coaching allowed me to re-evaluate time through a different perspective. I now have a better concept of time as the valuable commodity that it is and have better insight into why and how I often procrastinate. Hour for hour no time could be better spent on both the course and home exercises. The issues were handled in a highly digestible form and I will be using the course materials for many years to come.
