Silvio was born in Uruguay, South America in a family of artists. This combination of creative genes mixed with his experience as a Consultant, Ontological Coach and Meditation Teacher, gives him an interesting plus in order to add value to his work.

From 2007 to 2011 he worked at the Multinational Binbit Group. His role as a Mutimedia Coordinator was to create a new Department to build and develop Promotional Materials to provide more than 30 countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia. Some of his achievements where to help fostering a culture of collaboration between different teams and departments, creating spaces for dialogue and positive conversations, and also helping to build trust within teams in order to accomplish healthy and productive relationships
In 2012 he worked in Cablevision Television Company offering Coaching workshops and Facilitation to improve Climate Change and helped to resolve organizational and team conflicts through personal coaching to 15 people from the Technical Department.
Since 2011 he has worked in
open enrollment and in-company Self Managing Leadership Programs in companies like Grupo Marfrig, AkzoNobel, Afaps, Axxiome, Roemmers Labs and others.
From 2010 to 2012 he worked as a Coach facilitator in AkzoNobel Multinational Company, serving more than 400 people in Uruguay, Argentina and Bolivia. He performed three roles: Small group facilitation, creating a relax environment through corporal exercises and leading moments of mindfulness.
