I had hypnotherapy before my SATs test because I used to get really nervous when the teachers walk about and look over your shoulders. Jo put me in ‘the zone’ that made me feel really relaxed, I didn’t want to leave. I was so comfortable. During my test I felt really relaxed and wasn’t nervous at all.

I wanted to improve my study habits and feel confident for my A Level exams so I had a hypnotherapy session with Jo. I was excited and nervous at the same time before my session, but when the session was over I felt very confident already about my ability to do well in my exams and that improved my motivation.
