About Jill

As a coach, I bring a unique skill set to my clients.  For many years I worked in business development for Fortune 50 companies.  A curiosity to better understand individual motivation led me to the field of psychology.  After earning two degrees in psychology, and then becoming a therapist, I was able to see first hand what best facilitated change.   This inspired me to earn additional certifications in Solution Focused Cognitive Behavioral Counseling and Positive Psychology practices.

Cognitive Behavioral Coaching is used today in many business arenas.  My in-depth understanding of this approach allowed me to naturally fuse my business and psychology background to help a much broader range of people.  This ultimately led me to the field of coaching where I completed an ICF   certification in coaching.

As an ICF Certified Coach with expertise in several areas, I am well equipped to help you make the needed changes to reach high and achieve your most challenging goals.  I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.   I am passionate about my work because it is very satisfying to watch how the coaching process enables clients to stay in action and achieve goals that surprises them.

Jill provides expert coaching across Gerogia out of her quaint practice in Alpharetta, with previous work experience in Los Angeles and the Washington, D.C. area.

My Coaching and Work Experience

For over 20 years Jill has collaboratively worked with clients to further their development and reach their full potential.  Her areas of expertise that she is able to integrate into her coaching are business and human development.

Her career as a business development consultant for Fortune 50 corporations gives her an understanding of the environment that many of her corporate clients are operating in.  Jill corporate responsibilities included client development and meeting multi-million dollar budgets.  She received several recognition awards for achieving her goals.  Jill’s unique combination of business experience and psychology has proven to be a beneficial combination to helping clients who work in the corporate world, and who do not work in a corporate environment, meet their goals.

Years of experience in the field of psychology have benefited Jill’s clients in identifying and effectively working with the “saboteurs”.  These are the unpleasant emotions such as fear, anxiety and procrastination that often stand in between the client and their goal.  Raising awareness when this is happening is a key component of successful coaching.  Jill has the tools and experience to keep you in action so that your goals can be met and effort not sabotaged.
