Customer Reviews

  • from Mary Santoro, Principal, Capgemini on 04 May 2014

“Lynn and I worked together at Capgemini for many years. I had worked with Lynn on a couple of deals and then got to work closely with her when we were asked to create a Leadership Development program for high potential women at Capgemini. Lynn, myself and another colleague had strong passion for women leadership and development but we had never created a program in our past. Four years ago, we met in Chicago and mapped out the ideas, thoughts and structure for the program. Three months later we piloted the program to rave reviews. Over the four years, we have continuously improved the program. The 6 month program is comprised of training, mentoring and career objective setting. This program is still going strong at Capgemini and has been a contributor to retention of women. I definitely recommend Lynn. She is a true professional with passion, knowledge and smarts!”

  • from Nancy Delgado, National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), South Atlanta on 23 Apr 2014

“And a special thanks to Lynn for inspiring us to become Women Warriors and getting us fired up with her various tips and insights, not to mention her warrior hat :)”

  • from Lynn Duffy, Vice President North American Operations, Citagus Software. on 13 Mar 2014

“Lynn is not only a true professional who completely understands global business needs, IT transformation and Enterprise solutions, but she also has a solid understanding of the issues women and minorities in business, particularly in IT, face today. Her own personal vision and strategy so wonderfully align with those in both the workplace and one's personal life to facilitate discovery of an abundance of positive energy and goals that round out the individual while still maintaining the crucial objectives of the business. Lynn has inspired me both personally and professionally for the past 20+ years and I know if I follow her principles, I too will continue to grow in this "wholeness" so crucial to well-rounded success in life.”

  • from Karen Bilter, Small Business Owner. on 24 Feb 2014

“Lynn has been my coach for the past 3 months and has done a tremendous job in helping me in building my business. She gets to the point of what needs to be done and helps me prioritize next steps to success. She gently holds me accountable and with her support and encouragement I have been able to achieve my on-going business goals. What I most appreciate about her coaching is she not only focuses on "the business" but encourages me to step back to make sure my work goals are fitting my ideal of a balanced life and also that my work continues to follow my passion and purpose. Thank you Lynn!!!”

  • from Lewis Forbes, Ameriprise Financial Planner, Atlanta, GA. on 29 Jan 2014

“Thank You again for an extremely informative and enjoyable presentation at the Women's Seminar. The feedback I received was exceptionally positive. One of my clients recently told me they still have their reminder heart (from your kit of hand-outs) on their desk as a daily reminder. One said you "made it FUN instead of stressful to listen to one's inner self and put it on paper". The weekly internet talk show you invited them to is also a continuous source of new information and reinforcement. Another client mentioned that "she was passionate about making you, the busy women in a hectic world, live a more meaningful life". Your presentation added significantly to the success of the overall program and again THANK YOU”

“Thank you for a wonderful workshop on Be a Woman Warrior. I know everyone in attendance left with a wealth of information, tips, and suggestions that they can implement immediately. I especially appreciate the little gift bags with items that they can use to develop their inner warrior. I think it made the meeting fun and entertaining and will also help them to remember the lessons learned. Your presentation will prove invaluable to our members and be greatly appreciated as they begin their journey to becoming a Woman Warrior.”
