My ability to relate to others has improved!The opportunity to talk in a safe environment without being judged! It's good to be able to vent! Thank you for all your support ... and thank you for helping me find myself again !

Yes ,I feel that by talking I have unburdened myself so reducing anxiety! The positive reinforcement was comforting and helped my confidence! Thank you for your support over the past several weeks.

My understanding of myself has improved!
