I worked nearly 8 years (2006-2013) at Knight Frank focusing on developing programmes, facilitation and coaching. Having had a year off on maternity leave, I am now embarking on setting up my own business.
I have developed numerous internal training programmes and have delivered training on managing and motivating people, influencing and persuading People using DISC psychometric testing, appraisal skills, delegation and feedback and managing self/peer coaching sessions. I am qualified in DISC and use this for coaching and training. My specialisms are in communication, relationships, managing performance and management.
My coaching approach is open, supportive and solution-focused. I focus on what a client wants to achieve and encourage introspection, self-evaluation and clear goal setting for a greater understanding of what their needs are. My clients all had a slightly different background to each other but a unique goal in that they would like to perform better. Their performance may be lacking due to confidence issues, no self-belief, the way they communicate or negative self-talk. With all my clients I listen actively to their needs and then support them with tools that can help them recognise the issues and then move forward to reach their goal. My goal as a Coach is to help people reach their full potential, it is very fulfilling for me to see people reach their goals and in turn see changes in how they perform.
