When my mother first talked to about me seeing Julie as a coach, I thought she was crazy. But it has been the best thing I have ever done. I have lost 26kg of my weight, she has taught me ways to deal with bullies and even better I have a direction to go in my life rather than just wanting to drop out of school. Julie is so easy to talk to and she has given me so much support, encouragement and guidance. I am so thankful to her for being my coach.

I've had the pleasure of Julie's expertise in helping me with a couple of personal issues. Julie has the ability to see into the problem from angles I had not considered, giving me refreshing new insight and as soon as the very next day I began to see positive changes happen. My wife and I have had some major issues in the past few years. Julie has coached both of us in regards to our relationship. Our relationship has improved so much in every area. Julie has taught us strategies in communication. The little things no longer bother us because through coaching we realise that our values and the overall picture of our relationship is what is important to both of us. We are both greatful for finding her when we did as divorce was on the cards. Coaching has done us the world of good and we would be happy to recommend her to anyone as she gives so much of herself to her clients

Finding it always hard to relax in general, working in a busy corporate life my mind is always thinking. Julie brought me into a deep relaxation, and helped me to delve into my problems of cigarette and alcohol addiction. I was amazed that she was able to gain my trust and lead my body into a state of relaxation that I had not experienced since I was a care-free child. Through my visits I found it amazingly easy to stop my need for smoking, and better yet have learnt how to let go of my burdens and truly relax. It is also now possible for me to let go of my thoughts that create unnecessary stress.

I suffer from severe nerve pain in both of legs and at times the pain is very intense almost crippling to the point that I can hardly walk. I started seeing Julie about 5 months ago for pain management therapy and since this time I have had real relief. I now no longer take pain killers every night and feel so much better in myself. She is always courteous, professional and caring and I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to any one that needs help in this or any other area.
