About Scott

I specialize in working with clients who have a global mindset, are interested in becoming an expatriate or are already living abroad. My clients are working on career goals, improving leadership skills and business performance.

My education includes a BA in Psychology and I am a graduate from the International Coach Academy. As an avid adult learner, I enjoy studying foreign languages, business and leadership. I bring over 25 years of leadership experience throughout the U.S., Middle East and Latin America. This professional experience and years of living overseas brings a global perspective to the coaching program.

Following a successful corporate career, I have been working as a certified professional coach since 2011 assisting my clients to become their best; on their terms. Several coaching programs are available which include: individual coaching with various options for working together, group coaching and transformational adventure experiences.

My Coaching and Work Experience

I believe in living my life as an adventure and encourage you to do the same.  The combination of travel, leadership experience and a global perspective leads to a dynamic coaching environment perfectly suited for a global traveler or international minded client.

Customer Reviews

  • from Diane Salvati, Corporate Trainer – Virginia on 11 May 2016

Scott genuinely wants you to achieve your 'greatness'. He doesn’t influence you with his opinions but “pulls” your opinions from you so you can structure and process your feelings.

This approach allows the individual to tap into their inner self and sort through and determine what they really want and need to succeed.

  • from Jill Gordon, Entrepreneur & Flight Attendant, Vail, CO on 10 May 2016

Scott's background in management and operations is valuable because he understands the process of changing a system, which is what a coaching client is really trying to do: change some part of their life system. He made me feel like my goals were entirely possible. He thought more of me than I did of myself and helped me to see me the way he does. He is an amazing coach

Scott is a rock star! He is a great source of inspiration and guidance. His coaching helped me sharpen my listening skills and prepare for my job interview. During the interview, I felt focused and was able to respond to the role play questions in more prepared manner. Following the interview the debriefing was really useful. We discussed the interview and Scott helped me re-focus on my weak points.

He very often poses the right questions that lead me to find the right solutions and help me to clear up my ideas

  • from Christina G., Washington, DC on 23 Dec 2015

Scott helped me figure out what my strengths were and what I am passionate about. He did not tell me what I was thinking or wanting; he guided me so that I could come to those conclusions on my own.

I enjoyed his "action plan" approach because he helped motivate me to take steps in the right direction. I will always be grateful for his guidance!

  • from Neil L, General Manager, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on 24 Sep 2015

Scott's ability to listen and guide through questioning is truly wonderful, I am grateful that I have had the experience to be coached by him. He's calm, insightful, relaxing and yet he helps in realizing and setting goals and keeping one on track

Scott helped clear the fog in my head, outline my goals and guide me in the direction that was right for my business, all while bolstering my self-confidence.

  • from Zach P., International Program Manager, Chicago, IL on 12 Apr 2015

"During the coaching I have redefined my personal and professional brand, secured a consulting contract and a permanent leadership role. More so than anything else I have learned that making the effort and the process of reaching out for assistance brings help in a lot of different ways."

  • from ~ S. Denford, ELS Dept. Head, Hawally, Kuwait on 22 Feb 2015

When I began coaching with Scott I knew that I wanted to "live up to my potential". Prior to coaching, I was an expatriate working in positions that I didn't really love. As we progressed I found the confidence to express more of myself on a regular basis which allowed me to see my talents and strengths. This awareness resulted in many professional achievements including a promotion. Coaching with Scott has allowed me to see that change was possible. He encouraged me, held me close to my goals, supported me and kept me on track. I now have the confidence to explore more possibilities as I live up to my potential. Thank you!”

  • from Karen Cappello, PCC, BCC, Tucson, Arizona on 24 Jan 2015

Scott is a fantastic coach! He is not only an accomplished leader himself, but he also coaches others to the leadership and vision that they are capable of. If you are looking for better results for your team, organization, or for yourself as the leader, Scott is the coach for you!

  • from Barrie Zucal., President & CEO, GCN, Washington, DC on 07 Dec 2014

Scott is a great human being and business pro who is also a great coach. I know a lot of coaches and I also know that it is hard to find a coach who really understands people and business at the same time. When working with Scott, I felt that he really understood me and my business dilemmas, how they were driven by real business issues and by my personal perception of the dilemmas. He gave me great feedback so that I could see the situation more clearly, change my perspective, relax and take more positive action. It was a total pleasure working with Scott and I accomplished everything I wanted to. I recommend Scott as a coach without reservation!

Coaching with Scott has been a very rewarding process. Scott helped me tremendously in the discovery process of myself by allowing me to recognize more of what I am doing and feeling and what I want to do with the clarity to determine where I want to go next. This is something which everyone should participate in multiple times in their life – especially during or after a major transition. I don't know why I never did this until now!
