Kerstin Waddell

Hi, I'm Kerstin Waddell

I tend to work with 'superheroes' who are super competent, super responsible and super together, but within often feel small, overwhelmed and even exhausted by life. They know something has to change, but are unsure what and how.

About Kerstin

I’m Kerstin and have been a life coach since 2011. I love all things calm and serene, as well as anything that sparkles and makes me giggle. I’m creative, mindful, playful, caring and carefree. While I have always been caring, I was not always carefree or happy…

After burning out twice, I decided to make some new choices and listen to my own Heart Song. At first, all I could hear were the sighs of my exhausted body and the churning of my fear-filled thoughts. Then I learned how to gently hold my heart as it slowly opened and released my defrosted dreams – and with it my Heart Song.

Its tune led me to study with Martha Beck to become a certified life coach, and I am now living my dream of contributing to people’s healing and living a much more balanced and happier life. As Mark Nepo in The Book of Awakening so beautifully writes: “Begin with risk and land in trust.” It is not always easy to follow your Heart Song – and I sometimes still can get sidetracked – but it is so worth it.

Once again thank you so much for all of your help, I honestly do not believe that I would be where I am today had it not been for discovering "Life Lessons of an Adult Child” (by Judy Klipin). Like I said you gave me a sacred space to process and look at things from different perspectives, and the breath work has given me the space to drop all the muck in my head and open my heart.

Kerstin Waddell is gentle, compassionate, intuitive and insightful - a mixture of qualities that help to make her the excellent coach that she is. She brings to her coaching sessions a magical combination of head and heart that allows for real change, really quickly. I have worked with Kerstin for some time now, and the more I get to know her, the more I get to love her. You will too

Kerstin was able to help me make sense of an experience / state of mind that I was finding quite overwhelming, and to both grapple with current feelings and find direction for creating change, always keeping my own truth as the guiding principle.

Thanks so much for everything. It really has been an amazing experience and time of growth. I really have learnt a lot about myself and the tools are going to be invaluable in the future! I now have the brains in my head, the feet in my shoes and the tools in my pockets!

I found that through my sessions with Kerstin, my daily frustrations can be reworked to be more satisfying and that by creating awareness of my belief systems, my current situation can be improved, if I so choose. This is more present orientated and helpful than the idealistic that I think I was hoping for. She has provided me with a number of tools to do so.
