Dyllis believes there are two important themes which clearly highlight the connections between her previous professional career and her current coaching business: her delight in working as an entrepreneur and in an entrepreneurial fashion and the pleasure she gains from motivating and supporting people to achieve their true potential.
She is trained with the Coaching Academy and holds the Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching and the Diploma in Corporate Executive Coaching. She is also qualified as a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In addition Dyllis is accredited to undertake assessments in three different Personality Profiling systems: DISC, Firo-B and Myers-Briggs.
Dyllis has been coaching full-time since 2011 and has provided coaching in the following areas: personal development and growth coaching, small business start-up coaching and leadership coaching, particularly within the public sector field, and for social enterprises and the voluntary sector.
