It is my honor to wholeheartedly recommend Kitty as a Career Coach. I have worked with many career coaches over the past 12 years and Kitty is by far the best and most professional. She took the time to get to know me and help me realize my professional goals and she provided me with a clear path forward. She also did an amazing job helping me with my resume and overall career transition strategy. Thanks to Kitty, I now know what job I want, where I wish to relocate, and what I need to do to get there. The bottom line.... Kitty is the Career Coach for you and any time and money you spend on her services will be 100% worth it!

Kitty is an excellent career coach and mentor! I attended one of her stress management workshops and later sought her help in my job search. I benefitted so much from her guidance and feedback as I clarified my career goals, updated my resume and began searching for a new job. I highly recommend her! She is especially knowledgeable about educators in transition and was able to address my specific needs.

Dr. Kitty Boitnott (Kitty) is an incredible career advisor and coach! I am still amazed at how she so quickly reviewed my resume, marketing plan, and accomplishments to help me make it a cohesive story. She gave me the exact feedback I needed to improve my resume and job search. Her encouragement and professional style guided me to find the job of my dreams.

I used to pride myself with being able to handle a large workload as a teacher, union leader, wife, mom, and graduate student pursuing a doctorate degree. This past year, life threw many curve balls at me that I realized I couldn’t handle alone. I was facing many transitions I wanted, and some I did not. With Dr. Boitnott’s guidance as my life coach, I was able to create a plan for a new life I desired. With Dr. Boitnott’s guidance, I was able to reach the goals and positive transitions I set for myself. Dr. Boitnott was a crucial part of my journey of transitions. The support she provided allowed me to make my own goals and stick with them as my life began to be a roller coaster of up and downs, success and failures. Dr. Boitnott’s coaching challenged me when I needed to be challenged. She helped me to learn how to reflect within myself and face my deepest fears in order to progress positively with my life goals and transitions. I experienced a lot of self-resistance, and I pushed many people away in fear of being rejected or letting other people down. Dr. Boitnott was responsive to my reactions in a way that would not allow me to ignore myself and what needed to be done. She constantly reminded me of my ultimate commitments to myself that I constructed as part of my goals. I know I would not have been able to complete my goals to better myself in the past 6 months without a coach. In particular, I couldn’t have succeeded without Dr. Boitnott’s coaching. She has a unique way of connecting with me and guiding me. I feel that no other life coach would have been as successful with my many transitions. I am a strong-willed person, and I needed a coach that understood that. I feel that Dr. Boitnott is the only life coach that could “handle” me on such a deep level.
