I have been a qualifid Life Coach for 5 years. In the 30 years prior to that I worked on and off within the NHS as a qualified psychiatric and mental health nurse with extensive experience in clinical practice, project management nurse training and supervision. I was the founder and for 18 years the director and project leader of Hebron Trust - a 12 Step residential treatment centre helping people make the life transforming journey from an addiction to drugs or alcohol into the freedom of a recovery oriented life-style.
