I have used hypnosis on myself and on many clients to achieve just that. I used to be unfocused, shy, not liking myself and was pretty unsure about what I wanted out of life and which sense and purpose I wanted to have in my life. All this changed profoundly once I had a hard look at my thought and behavioural pattern and then decided what I was happy with and what had to go or perhaps needed to be improved upon.
