Whether you are seeking guidance on whole foods, nutrition, homeopathy or overall health guidance, Alexandra is a marvelous resource! As a member of the Holistic Moms Network, Alexandra always provided quick replies to member questions while also providing knowledgeable and detailed feedback. She has a passion for living a healthy, holistic
lifestyle while setting an example with a balanced mind-body-spirit approach to life. Our group was very lucky to have an amazing resource in our community. If you are looking for someone to help “audit” your pantry, inspire whole food choices and cooking, or coach you to make better overall better health choices, I highly recommend Alexandra. Not only will you acquire an amazing amount of health related knowledge, you’re also sure to improve your own body’s health, too.

I have such an immense appreciation for the wealth of knowledge Alexandra has, and shares so graciously with the community in the work that she does. I have called upon her myself, and seen many others do the same in times of need - be it for support through a cold or in helping the body to heal with surgery. For her, it is not just what she has learned in education, but what is ingrained in her from childhood growing up with homeopathy and healing foods as a way of approaching health and wellbeing. As a board member of Tri-Valley Natural Families and a holistic healthcare practitioner myself, I deeply appreciate what Alexandra brings to the community - a depth of understanding of homeopathy and nature's gifts that is matched with her heartfelt passion in helping others connect with what their needs are, and then supporting them in finding a balanced way of meeting them. I also see that she lives how she speaks, in seeing how her family flourishes with her tender guidance. I am so grateful for having her as a part of my life and our community!

When I'm searching for a good health care practitioner I look for a person who lives it and understands it. Going through her program I learned that nutrition isn't simply what we eat, but it's how we live and how well our relationships are going. Alexandra is keen to different aspects of life that contribute to a person's state of health or ill health. It's about taking a look at life from a holistic perspective. She uses a chart so you can easily identify your strong points and weak points. She gives advice on how to balance them. For me it was sleep more, eat more veggies and fruits, and exercise. She's able to put it all into a perspective that makes sense. Not only in the individual areas of life but towards living out your long term goals and life purpose. Going through her program will help you define, focus, and support what you really want out of life and how to get there in good health to enjoy it.
Don't hesitate to give her a call, set up a consultation and get moving forward.

My family and I are so blessed to have Alexandra as a part of our lives. On numerous occasions, she has stepped in to help me solve health dilemmas for myself and my family that traditional doctors and medicine could not remedy. Her holistic approach, along with her compassion and attentiveness, has solved my fatigue caused by tinnitus, my sons lack of tooth enamel, and my fathers battle with cancer. I'm amazed at her depth of knowledge, her level of attentiveness, and her drive to solve situations that seem too daunting and overwhelming for the patient to remedy alone. Our bodies are now healthier and our prior symptoms are now non-existent strictly due to Alexandra's investigation and intervention. Her services are unmatched and absolutely priceless!
