My Coaching and Work Experience

The main focus of my work is around leadership, positive well-being and stress management. The majority of my work is with women, particularly those aspiring to become leaders.

My coaching is about the individual and helping them to think about themselves and their situations in a different way, and for them to make positive changes in their lives.

The coaching approaches I use are:

  • Emotional Intelligence Coaching

Using an Emotional Quotient tool (EQ-i 2.0 or 360). This is a personality testing tool that accurately assesses a person's emotional and social functioning. This involves the clients completing an on-line questionnaire. A 90 minute coaching session follows and is based on the contents and analysis of the answers submitted. This is ideal for those who want to improve their performance at work or career development.

  • Cognitive Behaviour Coaching

Which looks at helping people to think about themselves and events in a more constructive and positive way. This is ideal for those who want to reduce stress.

  • Behavioural Coaching

Which helps people to look at their own behaviours and how they can change it in order to live positive lives. This is ideal for people who feeling stuck in their lives and want support to move forward.

Other services are:

  • Executive Coaching - This type of coaching involves the development of the individual within the organisation and helps to build strong leadership styles, skills, focus, confidence and management capability.
  • Workplace Coaching - This coaching programme is for employees who are new to or aspire to be in a leadership role.
  • Coaching Skills Workshops - These workshops are for practitioners who work with people who are patients or vulnerable families.
