Jan Carpenter hold two decades of public and private sector QSW experince across a wide variety of adult social care and service user groups. Furthermore Jan has a decade of coaching and training experince in the commercial setting.
During the work Jan has done there has been a focus on improving the outcomes of constant change in the public and private care sectors, this has been achieved via quality assurance and outcome focused approaches which have been developed via a wide array of training including NLP.
With some experience away from social work where Jan focused on customer/client experiences within the retail and legal sector; Jan then returned to the social care sector with renewed energy and perspectives. Meaning Jan was able to use new approaches developed from coaching and training outside of this sector.
Since Jan has continued to use coaching and training and insight based approaches, whilst continuing to provide such services outside of the sector.
