I think we all go through transitions at various times throughout our lives. Some transitions are much harder than others, and it’s with the wisdom and guidance of a life coach that can help to make that transition process much easier. Cathy Winterfield is a natural born healer. Her true passion in life is to help others. From the moment you meet Cathy, there is a feeling of complete trust and complete client confidentiality. She is fully present during her coaching sessions. Cathy’s total focus and energy is directed towards helping and empowering her clients.
Cathy’s compassion and caring immediately creates the feeling of trust. I felt safe and secure to completely open up and discuss my thoughts and concerns. Cathy is extremely professional and maintains her boundaries and taught the same healthy, self-care boundaries to me. Cathy’s amazing listening skills combined with her knowledge of psychology and sociology gives her incredible insight. Cathy knew exactly the right thought provoking questions to ask me, which helped me to discover more about myself. Receiving coaching from Cathy brought clarity and focus into my life.

Cathy was totally present as she helped me to explore and discover my inner-self, which helped me to uncover some experiences in my past that were preventing me from moving forward. She helped me to identify it—acknowledge it—make peace with it—and let it go. She helped me to discover my own inner strength, which helped to support me in the process of moving forward. She helped me to discover my true passion in life, which I am presently pursuing. Cathy blends her education and real life experiences with her true passion to mentor. I highly recommend Cathy Winterfield as a life coach.

My coaching relationship with Cathy has been nothing short of life changing. I wasn’t truly aware of life coaching as a profession prior to meeting Cathy. If only I had known earlier!

Needing a breakthrough in my life, I was floundering in my search for help. I lacked clarity of vision finding it difficult to think through even simple challenges.

Her intuition served her well as she clearly sensed I could benefit from her expertise and experience. Cathy went above and beyond as she reached out to me.

I can say without hesitation or reservation that I have never experienced greater personal development at any time in my life than I have in these last three months of being coached by Cathy. It has been amazing.

Cathy’s transformational coaching style has helped me learn how to empower myself. I have discovered a personal path to aligning my actions with my beliefs. This has created renewed sense of inner peace and increased my integrity. I am “new and improved”. My family, friends and co-workers see and hear it in me every day. Significant examples of personal victories include smoking cessation, weight loss, and renewed spiritual devotion. I have also seen a tremendous increase in energy levels.

I don’t think there is a way for me to ever fully express the depth of gratitude I have for what Cathy has helped me accomplish. One thing I do know, because of what I have experienced, I will be looking for opportunities to give coaching as a gift to as many people as I can and as often as possible. I have come to realize, we all need a coach.

I had an incredible experience with Cathy. I was somewhat apprehensive about seeing a life coach but I felt very out of balance at home and at work. I was constantly stressed and my family and relationships suffered.

My extended day with Cathy proved life changing. I spent time at her house, which is extremely tranquil and peaceful. We discussed a number of topics including family history and relationships. I remember Cathy distinctly saying that there advantages of an 8 hour session are not evident immediately and that a month or so from our session, I would see the benefits of her words.

This was exactly the case. It took a while for the information/lessons to sink in but I changed the way I valued myself. I also changed how I spent my precious time. I don’t believe I would have had the same results in a year’s worth of single 1-hour sessions. Cathy is able to understand you over a longer and more intimate counseling session. I have never felt more centered, my career has grown in leaps and bounds and my relationships are greatly improved.

I cannot recommend Cathy highly enough.

Following a long period of "walking on eggshells" my daughter finally estranged herself from me and ignored all my attempts at communication.

This had happened for five months once in the past-this time she appeared very determined. I was devastated and confused-particularly as it also meant loosing contact with my grandchildren. Cathy helped me see the situation more clearly.

I was wrecked with guilt-she helped me clarify what was my responsibility and what was not. She also helped me to emotionally detach to some degree and consider how I wished to move forward with my own life-with or without contact with my daughter.

We communicated by e-mail which I found very helpful because it gave me the opportunity to pause and reflect.

For anyone going through the distress of estrangement I would highly recommend Cathy's coaching service. She has personal experience which makes her very empathic.
