About Howard

I help you elevate your strategy and get results because I have a gift of making sense of complex situations and keeping it simple. I can help your team develop practical approaches to accelerating profitable growth and making business fun again even in difficult circumstances. In case you are curious about my background. I know how to generate growth, what it takes to be a leader, and that the hardest part of your job is managing your people. This came from having owned several companies (successfully exiting my first business at age 21), working for 3 top Fortune 500 companies, and having over 12 years’ experience being and business coach and executive coach to hundreds of executives and businesses.

I really know what it takes to scale a business, have the tools and know how to help you implement them. I have helped executives and teams to improve business performance and their lives by finding more profits, more revenue, higher business valuations, less stress, and more importantly more time to do what is important to them.

My Coaching and Work Experience

I have held various leadership positions including CEO, and have a more than 20-year track record of exceptional results in businesses that range from start-up to Fortune 500, including Ryder Systems, AutoNation and KPMG. My accomplishments include:

  • Bought, built and sold his business for 5x return-on-investment by age 21.
  • Grew Ryder Public Transportation Division from $400M to $600M—it sold for $1B at a price multiple of 8.6x EBITDA.
  • Managed strategic initiative for AutoNation that involved $2B in inventory.  His team developed and implemented organization-wide best practices that helped reduce supply from 99 to 60 days in a very short timeframe.
  • Led Equiflor Corporation out of sales stall-point, which resulted in a Greater Miami Chamber Cutting Edge Award.
