10 years ago I acquired a disability which changed my whole outlook on life. The path that I had decided upon was no longer available to me. I felt that my options had closed down. But with excellent coaching support I was able to identify what new opportunities were available to me, how to seize those opportunities and make the most of them. And I now empower others to do the same.

I trained with Ashridge Business School as an internal coach for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Since leaving the civil service I have gained further coaching qualifiations and set up my own coaching company, specialising in supporting individuals who are experience some traumatic changes in their life. I love seeing the impact that coaching can have on a person who comes to me scared, bewildered, confused, angy, unhappy and who I can help to put on their path to a better place.
