I support success for all. I encourage professional & personal growth, alignment between organisational & personal goals, strong ethical decision making. I embolden people to live healthy lives consistent with their personal values.
My career in health, community and public services spans over 30 years and has included direct service delivery, policy and middle management. In my current role as an organisational coach I work with people to build their self awareness, support a deeper understanding of organisational cultures and objectives, nurture management and leadership skills, encourage the growth of effective teams, manage conflict, and achieve greater levels of health and wellbeing.
Organisations and individuals seek my services to assist coachees to explore and understand their current and future challenges in a whole-of-life context. Through coaching, the coachee discovers opportunities to effectively meet their challenges and develop sensitivity to the impacts of other people, external circumstances and ethical considerations. This equips the coachee to confidently test new behaviours and, if desired, return for further coaching to engage in reflection and further development to continue to meet these or other significant challenges they have identified.
With a broad knowledge base gained through a Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Education) from the University of Canberra, a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Coaching and Leadership from Charles Sturt University, accreditation through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and programs offered by the Resolution Institute, I am equipped to support clients in addressing a wide variety of issues.
I offer a variety of tailored face-to-face, telephone and internet-based coaching services to meet your needs.
